Our recommendation is to use the sauna blanket 2-3 times a week for a duration of 30 minutes each time to receive the full benefits of the sauna blanket. Listen to your body and go with how you feel.

Both utilize infra red technology, however you can use the sauna blanket in the comfort of your own home.

Recommendation is to commence at 50-60 degrees and increase from there depending on your body and how you feel. With our easy to use remote control, you can increase the temperature by increments of 1 degree. Maximum temperature is 75 degrees.

Allow 5-10 minutes for full heating.

The recommendation is to ensure the sauna blanket is placed on top of a heat proof surface.

Allow the blanket to cool down. You can utilize a wipe or combine tea tree oil and water to wipe down. Allow to dry naturally before packing away.
